The advocates of naturopathy today primarily put an emphasis on preventive rather than curative measures. However, once the disease has shown its symptoms the curative part of naturopathy comes into play.

Naturopathy's principles are rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when provided with the right conditions. Naturopathic doctors emphasize the use of natural treatments such as herbal medicine, nutrition, hydrotherapy, and lifestyle modifications to support the body's healing processes.

Over the years, naturopathy has grown and evolved, becoming recognized as a legitimate healthcare system in many countries. Naturopathic practitioners are trained to address a wide range of health conditions, focusing on prevention, overall wellness, and the underlying causes of illness.

Today, naturopathy continues to thrive as an alternative and complementary healthcare system, offering a holistic approach to well-being that incorporates traditional wisdom with modern scientific understanding. It remains a testament to the enduring power of nature in promoting health and healing.
